  3. Take another pan for tadka..and add ginger garlic paste and capsicum...when capsicum cooked properly then add onions...now add soya sauce,ketchup,green chiili sauce,vinegar,and spices.
  4. Now add chilli flakes and organeo and mix it properly.....now add some water and cook it till water evaporates.
  5. When when water evaporates...add paneer and mix it gently...cheese chiilly is ready...add some arganeo for garnishing.
